I have what I consider a very complete manuscript for my second novel. But I prefer to pursue traditional publishing options this time. I am still researching the exact genre of this piece. I will say it is 121,000 words. It’s science fiction but more of a near-future/post-apocalypse type piece.

I am definitely in the process of developing a complex and as fitting as possible sequel to the prior story. I am more focused on fleshing out the story by experimenting with character arcs and developing options and choosing the ones that work. Find a path an audience will appreciate and one that will complement the characters. Make-believe souls but souls I have grown to care about.
